CHEF ANDY'S BABY BACK PORK RIBS | |
4 racks of baby back pork ribs apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg Organic) DRY RUB: 2 tbsp. brown sugar salt and pepper, to taste 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. crushed red pepper 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion powder Dry ribs with moist paper towels. Mix all rub ingredients together in bowl. Rub ribs all over with the rub you just made. Get a turkey roasting pan. Fill bottom of pan with apple cider vinegar. Place grate or wire rack over the top of the roasting pan and put ribs on top of that. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 275°F for 4 1/2 hours. Ribs will come out falling off the bone!
