COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. flour, heaped
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Pinch salt
"Butter"
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix and pour in unbaked pie crust. Dot with "butter". Bake at 400 degrees until top is golden, about 30 minutes. A super pie and a great way to use up that leftover cottage cheese. Tastes a whole lot like custard pie.

After reading Stuart's review... am going to make this. I have a pk. of Reese's Peanut Butter chips. Think this would be excellent here. Thanks Stuart... would probably never have made this - if I had not seen your review... somehow cottage cheese does not seem right in a pie.....but with your additions - think it would be perfect!
