MACARONI WITH COTTAGE CHEESE 
1/2 lb. (2 c.) elbow macaroni
2 c. small curd cream style cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Paprika

Cook macaroni; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs and salt and pepper. Add grated cheese; mix. Stir in cooked macaroni. Grease a 9x12 baking dish. Put mixture in and top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.

This macaroni and cheese with cottage cheese recipe is really delicious!! It's very easy to make and a favorite....I used spaghetti noodles one day as a substitute for the macaroni. I cut the spaghetti into biteable pieces with my kitchen scissors and it worked...yummy either way!!
