DOUGH FOR FRIED PIES 
1 pkg. dry yeast
5 c. flour
2/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 large can Milnot, 12 oz.

Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup warm water and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients. Add Crisco and mix well. Combine eggs and milk. Mix with dry ingredient mixture. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. Pinch into balls. Roll thin. Fill with favorite pie filling. Fry in deep oil.
