PORK TENDERLOIN WITH HONEY AND
SESAME SEEDS
 
3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 inch piece of gingeroot, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sesame seeds

In a dish just large enough for pork, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add pork, marinate, covered, turning for 1 hour. Drain and pat dry. Spread honey on plate; roll pork in it - then roll in sesame seeds. Roast in roasting pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and slice thin on diagonal.
