HONEY GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
4-5 center cut pork chops or boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. honey

In skillet, melt butter. Brown pork or chicken. Cover; cook on medium low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove cover and add honey and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat or until honey turns brown. Serve with rice.
