ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
All-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Salt and pepper pork chops. Dredge with flour. Heat oil in skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
