ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing for pork
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained and chopped
4 pork chops
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Stir stuffing crumbs, vegetable seasoning packet and 1 1/2 c. hot water, oranges and 1/4 c. butter just until moistened; set aside.

Sear chops on both sides. Spoon stuffing mixture into 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with chops. Mix marmalade and mustard and spread on chops.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
