GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place pork chops in large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning chops over once. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 25 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting chops often with marinade.
