GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place pork chops in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pork chops; cover and marinate. Grill over high heat, cover for 25 minutes on each side or until done. Baste pork chops often with marinade. Serves 6.
