PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE GLAZE 
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel
1/2 tsp. grated gingerroot
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick

For glaze, in saucepan stir together sugar, cornstarch, orange peel, gingerroot and red pepper. Stir in orange juice and soy sauce. Stir and cook until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Trim fat from chops. Place chops on unheated broiler pan or grill. Cook 3-4 inches from heat for 20-25 minutes, turning once. Brush with glaze during cooking.
