PEACH GLAZED PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. very hot water
1/4 c. softened butter
1 pkg. any brand Stove Top Stuffing mix

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown well in oil in skillet, place in shallow baking dish. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Heat 1/3 cup of the syrup, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar in saucepan. Brush part of glaze on chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain off fat in skillet, pour in hot water. Add butter and contents of seasoning packet; stir to melt butter. Add crumbs; stir to moisten. Arrange chops to edge of pan and spoon in stuffing. Arrange fruit around chops; brush with remaining glaze. Bake 20 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.

Peach Glazed Pork Chops

 Peyton (Ontario) says:
I cooked the peaches in the frying pan after cooking and glazing the chops and added a little more brown sugar and syrup to brown and glaze them, used them on a salad and also on the chops as a garnish, they were wonderful, this was in place of not making stuffing. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and grilled corn. You can slice peaches into small pieces and add them to the glaze in small saucepan, then pour over the chops, anyway you do it they will come out terrific.

This is amazing. My family loved it. Prepared exactly as written. Great dish for those who don't like the kick of salsa, it's sweet but tangy. I'll definitely make this again!

I have been making this same recipe that I copied off of a Stove Top stuffing box in 1979 for over 33 years. It pleases everyone in every family. Make it your own, it works.
