LEMON HONEY PORK CHOPS 
2 pork loin chops (4 oz. each), about 1/2" thick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 sm. clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
2 thin slices lemon

Place pork chops, narrow ends toward center, in square dish, 8"x8"x2". Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix 2 tablespoons water with the honey, lemon peel, lemon juice, parsley and garlic; pour over pork. Cover and microwave on Medium (50%) 5 minutes, rotate dish 1/4 turn. Microwave 12 to 15 minutes longer, rotating dish every 3 minutes until pork is done. Remove pork to warm plate. Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; stir into mixture in dish. Cover and microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture thickens and boils. Spoon sauce over pork. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with hot cooked noodles if desired. 2 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
