CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves

Beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, and vanilla together. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Beat in egg mixture until blended. Then stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted about 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
