QUICK-N-EASY CHOCOLATE PUDDING
PIE
 
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 Mrs. Smith ready pie crust (9 inches)
1 box chocolate sprinkles

Prepare pudding as directed; set aside. Bake pie crust at 350 degrees until done. Let cool. Pour pudding into cooled pie crust. Top with Cool Whip and top with chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate 1 hour.

I use a Graham cracker crust with slices of truffle in the whipped topping. Yum.

The recipe is so simple. I would prefer a no bake pie crust, so you just make the pudding and pour it in the crust, add toppings, and done.
