BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket
1 can beef consomme
1 sm. bottle soy sauce
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
Garlic to taste

Combine ingredients and pour over brisket and marinate overnight. Bake in liquid for 1 hour per pound at 300 degrees, basting occasionally.
