CHICKEN - RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. chicken, cooked & cut up
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. potato chips, crushed

Combine rice, chicken, celery, water chestnuts and soup. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on top. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
