1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice, cooked and chilled
1 c. fresh spinach, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. crumbled crisp bacon

Combine salad dressing, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir into chilled rice. Cover and chill. Fold in remaining ingredients before serving.
