QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breast
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
4 slices bacon
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Wrap one slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place in casserole dish. Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Mix soup and water well in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Top with a layer of sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
