QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water

Boil chicken about 45 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces. Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. Layer casserole dish with chicken. Dice onion and add. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of water. Cover with stuffing and bake at 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes.

Serves 6.
