QUICK & EASY CHICKEN RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 can chicken
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. raw rice

Cook onion in butter until tender. In 1 1/2 quart casserole mix remaining ingredients with onion; cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
