QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can of water

Melt butter. Mix in all soups and water. Spread rice on bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Pour 3/4 can soup mixture on rice. Mix together and smooth on bottom. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture. Pour remaining soup mixture on chicken.

Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 275 degrees. (Can be prepared ahead, chilled, and cooked later).
