QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 c. cooked chicken
Butter

Prepare Stove Top according to box instructions (use more water for more moist stuffing as directed). Reserve approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups of stuffing. In buttered 9" x 9" pan layer stuffing and chicken pieces. Pour soup and broth over layers. Top with reserved stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 2 to 3 servings.

This recipe is a great idea for chicken leftover from a previous meal, regardless of how it was prepared. It is also great for Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.
