QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup (cream of broccoli can be used)
1 c. water
1 c. rice (uncooked)
4 lg. chicken breasts

Butter casserole well. Lay in 4 big chicken breasts. Combine soups with water and rice, pour over chicken. Sprinkle 1 package of dry onion soup mix over and cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Oven temperature 375 degrees.
