CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice
1 sm. container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Shredded cheddar (approximately 2 cups)
Pepperidge Farm stuffing or crumbs

Boil and shred chicken. Cook rice according to directions on box. Put rice in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer chicken, cheddar and soup/sour cream mixture on top of rice. Top with stuffing or crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. This freezes well also.
