LOW CHOLESTEROL CUSTARD 
2 cartons "scramblers", thawed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. skim milk

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 6 custard cups or 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups or baking dish in a shallow pan filled with 1 inch very hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
