ONION WRAP CRACKER SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. chipped beef or ham if you like
Milk to thin

1. Cream the cheese and some milk to spreading consistency (add milk slowly) with mixer.

2. Slice onions finely and add to cream cheese.

3. Dice meat in size desired and add to cream cheese.

4. Mix well. Add more milk if too thick. Spread on Ritz or Town House crackers. Delicious!
