MONKEY BREAD 
3 (10 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits (refrigerated)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
Chopped nuts (optional)

Cut biscuits in quarters. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together in plastic bag. Shake biscuits in cinnamon mixture. Generously grease bundt pan. Put biscuits in pan in layers. Put chopped nuts in between layers if desired. Cook butter and brown sugar together, boiling for 1 minute. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes, invert on plate and serve.
