QUICK MONKEY BREAD | |
3 lg. cans Pillsbury refrigerator buttermilk biscuits 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Grease a tube (Bundt) pan well. Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts; place sugar mixture in a large paper bag. Quarter biscuits. Toss biscuits, a few at a time in the sugar mixture to coat. Put coated pieces in the tube pan. Biscuits do not need to be arranged, just tossed evenly in pan. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and heat just to dissolve. Drizzle top of biscuits with butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and invert pan on serving dish. |
