BASIC QUICK BREAD | |
4 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. brown sugar Pinch of cinnamon 2 c. hot tap water 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. yeast Combine water and sugar in large bowl and sprinkle yeast on top. Let set 5 minutes until yeast forms. Stir in flour and salt. Turn dough out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and satiny. Shape into loaves; let rise to double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
