PEPPER STEAK 
1 lg. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 lb. sirloin steak
butter
1 tsp. flour
Vegetable oil
Rice, cooked

Cut bell pepper and onion into strips. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Cut steak into thin strips. Brown steak in oil and cook to your preference. Add 1 teaspoon flour; stir until thickened. Add peppers and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
