HAM & SPINACH ROLLUPS 
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
Sliced, cooked ham (about 24 slices)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Cook spinach according to directions and press dry. Combine the spinach, cottage cheese, onion, mustard and eggs. Spread 1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons on slice of ham. Roll up and put seam side down in 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Spread over ham rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes until hot.
