HAMBURGER ROLLUPS 
400 degrees - 15 to 20 minutes.

Make biscuit dough as on package. Roll out 1/4 inch thick in 18 x 8 inch rectangle. Spread with filling. Roll up like jelly roll, using wide side. Seal ends. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place, cut side down, on greased baking sheet. Serve hot with Mushroom Sauce.

FILLING:

1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. hot fat, lightly brown onion
1 lb. ground beef, stir in and brown
3 tbsp. biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper, stir into meat
1/2 c. milk, gradually add

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

Add: 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. chili sauce (or ketchup)

Heat to boiling. Serve over roll-ups.
