HAMBURGER CUTLETS PARMESAN 
2 lb. ground beef chuck
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso)
1/4 cup salad oil
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (24 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (Hunt's)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In large bowl, lightly toss beef with parsley, seasoned salt and pepper until well combined. Shape into 6 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

Roll each patty in flour, coating both sides, then dip in egg; finally roll in bread crumbs.

In hot oil in large skillet, cook patties until nicely browned on both sides. Arrange in one layer in 12x8x2-inch baking dish.

Top each patty with a slice of Mozzarella; pour spaghetti sauce over all, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
