HAMBURGER FILET MIGNON 
1-2 lb. ground round (not ground beef)
2 slices bread, broken in pieces
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. parsley
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
Bacon

Mix first 9 ingredients. On a large piece of tin foil, lay 8-10 strips of bacon side by side. Form meat into a roll. Lay this in the middle of the bacon strips. Wrap bacon around meat. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice meat in between bacon slices and cook on grill.
