HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
28 oz. can tomatoes
5 c. water
2 sm. chopped onions
3 lg. carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 c. catsup
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 bay leaf
1/3 c. barley

Brown ground beef in Dutch oven, then drain. Place all remaining ingredients in Dutch oven and simmer for 1 hour. Grated cheese may be served on top of each bowl of soup, if desired. Serves 4.
