HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. celery flakes
1/4 c. parsley
2 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 cans water

Brown hamburger, drain. Add onion, celery and parsley. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste. Next, add water according to the thickness desired. Simmer for 1 hour. Drain mixed vegetables and add to mixture along with remaining seasonings and simmer for 30 more minutes.
