HAM & CHEESE ROLLUPS 
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 slices (1/8 inch) boiled ham
Ritz crackers

Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and butter in small bowl. Blend well. Spread 1/4 of mixture on each ham slice. Roll up from short sides. Chill for several hours or wrap and freeze. To serve, slice 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on Ritz crackers. If frozen, thaw 20 minutes at room temperature.
