PEPPER STEAK 
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. sirloin tip (strips)
2 to 3 onions, cut up
2 green peppers, cut up
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

In large skillet melt butter. Add beef. Saute' stirring occasionally until brown. Remove meat, add onions and peppers. Saute' 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet, add bouillon cube. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend together corn starch, water, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Add to meat mixture and cook. Stir occasionally until thickened.
