LEISHA'S EASY CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
chicken (any part) 6 thighs or 8 legs or wings, or 4 quarters or mix/match
2 cups rice
1 pkg. McCormick's Grill Mates (any flavor)
1 small onion, diced
4 cups water
seasonings of choice

Preheat oven to 350°F. Use non-stick cooking spray (Pam) in casserole dish.

Spread out 2 cups of rice in bottom of dish. Open McCormick's pack and sprinkle over rice. Dice onion and sprinkle over rice. Add 4 cups of water to the rice. Spread chicken on top of rice in pan. Use seasonings of choice and sprinkle on top of chicken. I use garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Cover casserole dish with lid or foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and water is completely absorbed from rice.

Feeds 6 to 8 people. Enjoy :)
