BEEF TENDERLOINS "WITH THE
BLUES"
 
4 (8 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks, cut approximately 1 inch thick
2 lg. cloves garlic, cut in half
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cream cheese
4 tsp. finely chopped onion
4 tsp. blue cheese
4 tsp. unflavored yogurt
Dash or two of white pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish

Rub each steak on both sides with cut garlic and sprinkle with salt. Place steaks on the grill rack over medium coals. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side to desired degree of doneness.

While steaks are grilling, mix together the cream cheese, onions, blue cheese, yogurt and pepper.
