BEEF TENDERLOIN
1 (4 to 6 lb.) beef tenderloin
1 tbsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Place meat on a large sheet of heavy foil. Rub with the ground thyme. Combine the pepper, Lawry's salt and garlic salt and oregano. Sprinkle over meat. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 12 hours. Remove 2 hours before cooking.

Place in shallow roasting pan and sprinkle with the remaining salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 cup water to the pan. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees for medium rare. Best to use meat thermometer for desired doneness. This is a wonderful dinner party main dish.
