BEEF TENDERLOIN 
5 lbs. beef tenderloin at room temperature
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1 c. burgundy
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Sprinkle tenderloin with garlic salt. Heat and mix sauce ingredients in a small pan. Do not boil. Bake tenderloin in a buttered baking dish at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour heated sauce over tenderloin. Bake 30 minutes more. Serve with pan juices.
