SUSSEX COUNTY'S BEST CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. lump crabmeat
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 egg
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated onion
Some parsley, salt, pepper, and Old Bay to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the crabmeat. Add the crab and combine without breaking up the lumps. Mixture will be moist. Add more bread crumbs; form crab mixture into 8 cakes. Have some crumbs in your left hand and lay the cake on the crumbs, turn and do the other side. Don't flatten the cake - leave rounded. Chill well. Saute in butter until golden, turning carefully. Just a few minutes will do. Serves 4.
