PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
6 pork chops or pork steak

Season with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in a large skillet. 2 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. water

Add. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. 6 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces 1 1/2 c coarsely chopped onion 3 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered 1/4 tsp. salt

Add. Cover and cook for 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
