BAKED PORK CHOP DELIGHT DINNER 
4 lean pork chops
4 med. potatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
Salt & pepper

Place chops and potatoes in roasting pan. Place green pepper, sliced 1/2" thick on top of each and insert one slice onion, 1/4" thick. Dilute 1 cup catsup with water and pour over chops and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
