BROCCOLI MELT 
1 c. steamed broccoli
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Dash of garlic
1 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

VARIATION:

1 c. steamed broccoli
1 Bialy or onion roll
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Place broccoli on slice of bread. Sprinkle garlic on top. Spread cheese over broccoli and cover with other slice of bread. Cook in non-stick pan over a very low flame for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, flipping the sandwich halfway through the time. (Bialy's take a little longer.) If non-stick pan is unavailable, spray pan with Pam first and again when you flip the sandwich.
