POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion

TOPPING:

2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except topping. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Melt butter. Combine with bread crumbs. Put on top of casserole and bake uncovered for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
