SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 3/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix together the above ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix together and spread over mix and bake 10 minutes more at 400 degrees.
