POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) frozen OreIda potatoes, thawed
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Mix together all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 inch baking dish (spray dish with Pam).

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cornflake crumbs

Mix together and spread over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
